These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novelio app ("Application") and its services ("Service") provided by Yiğitcan Güler ("Developer," "I," "me," or "my"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Application immediately.

2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

Novelio offers subscriptions that automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

Manage or cancel your subscription through your app store settings (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store).

Understand that deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription.

Novelio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

Novelio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Application or email. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
